The Company Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As an essential part of our operations, this role will play a crucial part in improving manufacturing efficiency.

The Job Description
  • Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing methods and equipment, and conferring with equipment vendors.
  • Play a key role in improving factory / assembly process design, research for equipment choice, and supplier identification.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Completed post-secondary education in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • APEGA registration as a P. Eng. or E.I.T.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations.
  • Process design experience.
  • Expert in 3D mechanical and CAD software for design, simulation, and documentation (Siemens NX & Teamcenter experience preferred).
  • LEAN Process design and support.
  • Project management experience.
  • Prioritize working safely and ensuring health and safety for yourself and your coworkers.
