Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team at Rogers Communications. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with store managers to achieve business objectives and improve store operations
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
