About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team at Sempre Uno. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative web-based solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Implementation
    • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop tailored solutions
    • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
    • Design and integrate website-related code, leveraging expertise in JavaScript and other relevant technologies
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables
    • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, identifying areas for improvement
  • Development and Innovation
    • Develop website architecture, determining hardware and software requirements to achieve optimal server performance
    • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions, leveraging expertise in usability testing and robotic process automation
  • Security and Safety
    • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, developing policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches
    • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership
    • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity
    • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in web development and project implementation
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
