About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Ocean Resort Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of all areas.
  • Adaptability: Be willing to relocate to different areas of the resort as needed and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
