We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installer to join our team at GS Drywall Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, cutting and fitting metal corner beads, and ensuring seamless finishes.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position requiring 30-35 hours of work per week. As a Drywall Installer, you will work independently in various locations, applying your expertise to meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners effectively.
- Filling joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using trowels and broad knives.
- Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets accurately.
- Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists safely.
- Smooth out excess compound and allow coats to dry.
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position. However, we expect applicants to have relevant experience in drywall installation and maintenance.
CompensationThe estimated salary range for this position is between $40,000 and $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that compensation may vary based on individual circumstances.
