Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, building relationships, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through phone consults and in-person meetings
  • Discuss and educate customers on current lender requirements and financing options
  • Conduct sales and leasing of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures
  • Monitor DealerTrack for leads and schedule appointments with customers
  • Consult financial institutions to obtain funding options and close sales deals
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and explain characteristics and capabilities
  • Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations
Requirements
  • A valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • OMVIC license is an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
  • Technically savvy
