">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Toogann Technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and engineering release of instrument panel systems.
About the Role
">This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in system design, development, and engineering. You will work closely with multiple support groups to complete all validation and testing, ensuring on-time delivery of components/systems from initial concept through vehicle launch.
Key Responsibilities
">Your key responsibilities will include:
- Component design (FMEA) and analysis (CAE)
- Vehicle packaging and model/drawing integrity
- Component validation (DVP&R) and change management (CN)
- Engineering bill of material (EBOM/CODEP) and build support
- Issue management (GIMs) and fastened joint design
- Assembly torque development
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Intermediate level of design/development engineering experience in Body-Body in White and seals
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Knowledgeable in regards to sealing and shaft sealing
- Proficient in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
">A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, as well as experience with:
- Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA)
- Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R)
- Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) green/black-belt
Salary and Benefits
">The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

">This position is based in Windsor, with possible weekly meetings in the U.S.
