About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Assurance and Accounting to join our Indigenous Services team at MNP. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and oversight to our assurance and accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of assurance and accounting professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in our Indigenous Services practice.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in assurance and accounting, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
