Key Responsibilities- Assist Healthcare Practitioners: Collaborate with healthcare practitioners during examinations or treatments, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients and advise physicians of any changes in their condition, promoting timely interventions.
- Documentation and Communication: Accurately document symptoms and changes in patients' conditions, and effectively communicate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with members of the healthcare team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care, taking into account patients' and their families' needs.
- Health Education: Deliver health education programs to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Nursing Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Certifications and Licenses: Maintain licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
