Job Summary

We are hiring Sales Floor Associates to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and Team Members. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers, while also providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales floor team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers
  • Support the sales floor team in achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Process customer transactions and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
