Job Overview

About the Role:

ALUGARD LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Plan, organize, and control engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
  3. Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures for engineering work, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of reports and analysis of data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior engineering or management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Work Setting: ALUGARD LTD is a fast-paced manufacturing environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.

Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000, with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
