Pricing and Supply Chain Coordinator Role Summary

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a great opportunity to contribute to pricing management, supply chain optimization, and continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single point of contact for network bids, sales, existing customers, as well as for tenders and inquiries.
  • Manage all functions, deadlines, and necessary steps for bid responses and submissions.
  • Keep the marketing and commercial documents repository updated, as well as company information to be included in tender responses.
  • Coordinate and advise on any necessary internal or external communication.
  • Provide assistance to improve products and services.
  • Research, manage, and communicate with supplier partners for logistical solutions, service delivery and cost calculation, price negotiations with various carriers, completion of quote request forms, transmission of customer service issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Continuously improve and advise on internal systems and procedures to increase efficiency, transparency, and cost accuracy.

Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in pricing or procurement is an asset.
  • Experience in air and sea logistics – import/export.
  • A certification or degree in a related field is an asset.
  • Strong skills in using Excel and other MS Office applications are required.
  • Basic knowledge of customs regulations (AMPS, B13, ACI, CSI...) is an asset.
