Job Description: Seeking Experienced Childcare Professional

A dedicated and caring family in Kingston is looking for an experienced childcare professional to join their household. As a trusted member of the family team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to three children, aged 0, 2, and 4 years old.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to establish a strong bond with the children, and provide a safe and nurturing environment. A background in early childhood education or a related field would be an asset but not required.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a structured and engaging environment that promotes learning and development. You will also collaborate with the parents to ensure the children's needs are met and provide regular updates on their progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging activities to promote cognitive, emotional, and physical growth
• Maintain a clean and organized living space that is safe and inviting for the children
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Assist with homework and educational activities
• Establish a bedtime routine that ensures a good night's sleep for the children

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare or early childhood education
• Diploma or certificate in childcare or early childhood education (an asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient nature
• Physical ability to keep up with the demands of caring for three active children
• Reliable transportation (not required but preferred)
