Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

CELL CITY INC. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
  • Establish work schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate staffing
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges
  • Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and secure store environment
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and walk frequently
