Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at PETRO-CANADA(A&W). As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
