Statistical Programming Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Statistical Programming to join our team at SEC Life Sciences. As a key member of our statistical programming team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of statistical programming solutions for our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of statistical programming solutions for assigned studies.
- Collaborate with CROs and other vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables are on time and within budget.
- Review and validate SAS programs to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and maintain statistical programming standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in statistical programming within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in SAS programming and experience with SDTM and ADaM datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
