We are seeking a skilled Masonry Specialist to join our team at Premium Modern Homes Ltd. as a Bricklayer. The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade and a strong understanding of masonry techniques and safety protocols.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and laying bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units, as well as reading sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required. They will also be responsible for cutting and trimming bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, or other masonry units
  • Lay bricks, stone, or similar materials to provide veneer facing
  • Construct and install prefabricated masonry units
  • Read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required
  • Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in masonry
  • Permanent employment
  • English language skills
  • 40 hours per week
