About the RoleAs an Electrical Solutions Manager based in Timmins, Ontario, you will oversee the daily operations of our branch, ensuring effective management of sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting and inventory. You will provide strategic direction, training, and coaching to all branch staff.
You will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising personnel, with a focus on driving business growth and excellence. A key aspect of this role is managing budgets, expenses, and inventory while ensuring compliance with health & safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a critical role in building brand recognition and supporting sales initiatives. Your primary goal is to enhance the customer experience while fostering a positive reputation for our organization.
