Restaurant Director

We are seeking a Restaurant Director to oversee the daily operations of our Pizza Hut location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant provides exceptional customer service and maintains high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Address customer complaints or concerns
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
• Schedule and supervise staff members
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• $100,001 - $500,000 annual salary range
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
