Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Staff Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintain accurate records of stock, and ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, as well as develop and manage budgets to ensure the financial health of our restaurant.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
