Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain packaging machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production
  • Perform corrective machine adjustments to optimize production
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Make adjustments to process variables to meet production requirements
  • Maintain shift log of production and other data to track performance
  • Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines to meet production needs
  • Check products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Resourcefulness to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
