Job Summary

AHS Altimate Home Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring accurate inventory control, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse, supply area, and office spaces
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Set up displays of retail parts and accessories, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, maintaining accurate records
  • Prepare and track work orders, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, verifying accuracy and quality
  • Sell spare and replacement parts to customers, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment, ensuring timely and efficient logistics
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and wear steel-toed safety boots and safety glasses/goggles
  • Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude
