Job Title: Long Haul Driver

YAS Logistics Ltd is seeking a skilled Long Haul Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials over long distances.
  • Load and unload goods at designated locations.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Operate and maintain the vehicle, including performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Communicate with dispatch and other drivers to coordinate transportation schedules and routes.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 Driver's License.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Long Haul Driver.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
