Position Overview

Brainworks is a leading medical rehabilitation firm offering a range of services, including psychological, neuropsychological, psychotherapy, social work, and rehabilitation therapy. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Social Worker or Psychotherapist to join our team in North Bay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and provide treatment to clients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
  • Experience working with brain injury, PTSD, and pain management
  • Working knowledge of Ontario's insurance-funded treatment systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
