Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team dedicated to the delivery of urban infrastructure projects. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for managing projects for our municipal clients, which will sometimes be multidisciplinary in nature.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Act as a project manager for several large-scale urban infrastructure projects by leading, collaborating and ensuring the quality of drawings and specifications, engineering concepts and work supervision.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Act as a technical reference in the engineering field and resolve complex issues by mentoring less experienced resources and sharing your knowledge.
  • Resource Coordination
    • Coordinate resources and various professionals and liaise with other internal disciplines to produce deliverables on time and according to priorities.
  • Client Relations
    • Meet with clients, present projects, plan needs, prepare proposals, establish budgets and schedules, and monitor the progress of projects from both a technical and budgetary perspective.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in civil engineering
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
  • Command of the French language, both spoken and written
