Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at Spicy Time Fine Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish work schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will be standing for extended periods and walking frequently.
