Process Documentation and Control Consultant
Sun Life seeks a Process Documentation and Control Consultant to enhance written procedures for our Total Benefits programs. Collaborate with experts in benefits, retirement, and mental health to streamline processes and improve financial management within this dynamic field.
Responsibilities:
- Review and document operational processes within the benefits sector.
- Develop process notes and online manuals for team reference and knowledge sharing.
