Job Title: Software Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Systems Engineer to join our team at 2387717 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing computer-based systems that meet the needs of our organization. This includes coordinating the development, installation, integration, and operation of these systems, as well as defining system functionality and evaluating performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
  • Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs
  • Plan every step of the integration of a computer-based system
  • Research technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems
  • Synthesize technical information for every phase of the cycle of a computer-based system
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems
Requirements:

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

Education and Experience:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in software development and systems engineering.
