We are a renowned restaurant in the industry, seeking an experienced Mixology Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating unforgettable drinking experiences for our patrons.


Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $25,000 and $40,000 per year, depending on experience.


Job Description

As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area, ensuring that all glassware is washed and polished regularly. You will also be responsible for collecting payments from customers, operating the cash register, and ordering bar stock as needed.

You will work closely with our serving staff to take beverage orders from patrons and prepare drinks according to their specifications. Your expertise will be essential in enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring that our establishment operates within the law.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory and control of bar stock, ensuring that we always have a well-stocked bar ready to meet customer demand.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience

We require a strong understanding of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options. You must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
