Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Revelstoke Petro Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training to new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
