About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Terra Nova Entertainment Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Work setting: Restaurant or Bar
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
