Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
  • Supervise a team of workers and ensure they have the necessary training and equipment to perform their tasks
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports
About the Role

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in construction management or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
