Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Tasty Indian Bistro. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
- Advise customers on wine and drink selections, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Record and balance beverage sales, and maintain inventory and control of bar stock.
- Order and manage bar stock, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff and directly from patrons.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Serving It Right Certificate.
- Basic security clearance.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
