EJK Investments Ltd. is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry production, with experience in preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of sweet and savory goods. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products meets established standards, while also maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include preparing dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders, baking mixed dough and batters, and frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods. Additionally, the Bakery Specialist will be responsible for drawing up production schedules and ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
* Bake mixed dough and batters
* Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
* Draw up production schedules
* Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
* Inspect kitchen and food service areas

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment
* Strong knowledge of baking and pastry production techniques
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
