Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, relocation assistance, and a retention bonus.
Job DescriptionThis full-time position involves working as a Hospitalist Physician within our network, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive inpatient care to family medicine patients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure safe and quality patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive admission orders, admission history and physicals, appropriate investigations and consultation requests
- Daily progress notes and sharing on-call responsibilities with the team of hospitalists
- Participating in medical practice that is compatible with the Health Authority's mission, values, and strategic directions
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Medical Degree from a recognized medical school
- Postgraduate studies (residency) in the field of family medicine, internal medicine and/or hospitalist medicine
- A valid license to practice medicine in New Brunswick through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick (CPSNB)
- ACLS Certification
