Pharmacist Opportunity

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a skilled pharmacist to join our team in Gladstone, Manitoba. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective drug therapy to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services, including medication reviews and disease state management
  • Initiate care plans, follow up, and document patient information
  • Administer vaccines and determine appropriateness of drug therapy
  • Monitor medication adherence and collect relevant patient, drug, and disease information
  • Recommend OTC products and vitamins, and answer patient questions requiring therapeutic knowledge
  • Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in restricted activities

Requirements:

  • Experience in Kroll and working in a retail environment
  • Good communication skills and strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
