Job Title: Client Relations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Coastal Community. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, supporting our consultants, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and sales support to our consultants and clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Assist with client onboarding, account management, and transaction processing
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of our business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and support

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as wealth management or financial services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • IIROC licensing and Canadian Securities Course completion
