About the Role:
We are seeking a charismatic and trustworthy Theatrical Tour Guide to lead our Ghost Tours of Quebec. As a guide, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing groups, and delivering a captivating experience through storytelling and theatrical techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete our comprehensive training program, which includes memorizing eight stories and learning theatrical and storytelling tips.
- Welcome visitors and manage groups with a warm and engaging demeanor.
- Utilize your language skills in French or English to communicate effectively with visitors.
- Work flexible schedules to accommodate tour demands.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to ensure a memorable experience for our visitors.
- Maintain a high level of trustworthiness and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Pertinent training or experience in the field of tourism or performing arts.
- Excellent language skills in French or English.
- Good memorization skills and ability to recall stories and information accurately.
- Schedule flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
