We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual who takes pride in their work. This person is diligent and punctual, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our guests through the housekeeping of our rooms, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness. Whether working alone or as part of a team, he/she is able to keep up with the pace and is always ready to offer assistance when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and clean rooms with respect and care.
  • Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and prepared in accordance with established standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping supervisors, front desk, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to guests' requests with care and attention, contributing to an exceptional experience.

WHAT WE HOPE YOU CAN BRING

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a room attendant, housekeeper, or in a similar role is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
  • Respect for privacy, discretion, sharp eye, and high attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work as part of a team, including weekends and public holidays
