About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Architect to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for defining and implementing front-end architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver cohesive and high-quality experiences.
  • Lead the development of responsive and efficient front-end solutions.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize gaming applications for various devices and platforms.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of front-end features.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a technical role focused on development and operation of complex live services.
  • 8+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript, and modern frameworks/libraries.
  • Proven experience in architecting and designing complex front-end systems in the gaming industry.
  • Experience with GraphQL, NodeJS, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with backend technologies and RESTful API.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
