Ace Security Services Inc is seeking a skilled Electronic Products Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing electronic equipment and assemblies, diagnosing and locating circuit, component and equipment faults, and testing and adjusting repaired products for proper functioning.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and maintenance
- Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults using specialized tools and equipment
- Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools
- Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning and ensure they meet quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Prepare cost estimates and complete work orders and test reports
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
