Montreal, Quebec, Canada Tecsys Inc. Full time

We are seeking a talented individual to join our professional services team as a Healthcare Supply Chain Specialist. This role is part of our implementation and business process-focused department, where you will drive the data collection and configuration of our supply chain software solution.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for collaborating with project teams to identify customer needs and define business processes. You will also build an on-site rapport with customers to guide them in their integration of our software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution
  • Collaboration with project teams to identify customer needs
  • Definition of business processes
  • Building relationships with customers to facilitate software integration

We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health and dental insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of direct software implementation and consulting experience working at a consulting or software company or 2+ years of being a product/solution specialist with direct software implementation experience working on the customer side
  • Understanding of supply management including associated financial transactions (A/P, A/R, G/L)
  • Fundamental understanding of Accounting and General Ledger journal entry and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of hospital in-patient pharmacy operations Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude
  • Flexibility and self-learning ability
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Due to frequent travel involved in this role, a valid Canadian or American passport is required
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec
  • Strong proficiency in French in both written and verbal communication
