Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Family and estates lawyer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare wills, real estate transactions, and other legal documents, court reports, and affidavits. Additionally, you will handle probate to certify the validity of a will.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in civil litigation. Membership in the Canadian Bar Association is also essential.
