Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders. They will also bake mixed dough and batters, draw up production schedules, and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Additionally, they will inspect kitchen and food service areas and operate machinery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a bakery setting
  • Excellent baking skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
