About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Neighbourly Pharmacy. In this role, you will work closely with our Pharmacy Manager to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess and implement safe and effective drug therapy for patients.
2. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
3. Counsel patients on medications, health-related issues, and disease prevention.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from a recognized Canadian institution.
2. Current licensure and good standing with the provincial regulatory body.
3. Injection certification and ability to work independently.
