Position Summary

We are in search of a reliable, professional, and self-sufficient retail merchandiser to conduct audits and merchandising activities at various retail outlets. The ideal candidate will engage with the community through regular store visits, display upkeep, inventory management, order processing, product presentation, and ensuring compliance with planograms. If you are an organized individual who enjoys merchandising and building rapport with store personnel, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Information:

  • Compensation: $25/hour plus vacation pay and mileage reimbursement
  • Work Schedule: Must be available Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Weekly Hours: Variable hours, generally up to 10 hours per week

Core Responsibilities:

  • Performing audits at retail locations for planogram resets, promotional displays, inventory adequacy, and compliance verification

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in retail merchandising, with familiarity in planograms or schematics
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service abilities and proficiency in relationship building
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Required Tools:

  • A laptop and a current mobile device with photo capabilities and internet access
  • A dependable vehicle
