Job Title: DevOps Engineer Lead

Sync is a leading cloud-based collaboration platform that provides a safe space for individuals and teams to work together. We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer Lead to join our team and play a critical role in developing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure to support our software development and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline infrastructure deployment and management.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to cloud security and infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience working on DevOps technologies, with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong understanding of cloud computing, networking, and system administration.
  • Expertise in Ansible, Shell scripting, and database queries.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, VPN, and load balancing.
  • Proficiency in shell scripting for automation and task orchestration.
  • Complete proficiency in Linux, especially on the CLI.
