About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pet Ambassador. As a Pet Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our brand and promoting our pet products in-store and at events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Presentation: Ensure that our products are properly displayed and maintained on store shelves, and that all authorized point-of-sale materials are set up to facilitate easy customer access.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet owners to provide exceptional customer service and promote our products.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers and increase sales.
  • Event Participation: Participate in events and activities to build brand awareness and affinity among pet owners and their pets.
  • Customer Delight: Provide personalized product recommendations and share pet health and nutrition information to delight customers and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Pet Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for pets and a commitment to their health and well-being.
  • Reliable Transportation: Access to a reliable vehicle to travel to and from multiple stores in your area.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with pets is preferred, but not required.
  • Qualifications: A degree in a pet-related field (RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc) is preferred, but not required.
