Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP/HVAC Project Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering exceptional results on a variety of projects, including higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to management and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of MEP/HVAC and construction project management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MEP experience.
  • HVAC experience.
  • Engineering license or PE certification.
