Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Infinity Building Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 5-10 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
